Today I'm excited to share that eleven incredible Five9 team members have been named to the 2025 CRN® Women of the Channel list! This is the third year in a row Five9 women have received this honor, reflecting both the talent on our team and the strong, supportive culture we’ve built.

The CRN Women of the Channel list is a prestigious honor that celebrates women driving meaningful change across the IT industry with innovation, vision, and purpose. Each year, CRN highlights leaders from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations who make a lasting impact through their creativity and strategic leadership. It’s no surprise that eight Five9 women have earned a place among these influential honorees. Their dedication to building strong partner relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible not only sets them apart—and helps set Five9 apart as well.

With this recognition, CRN honors these remarkable female leaders for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence:

  • Kacey Barnhart, Channel Marketing Specialist

  • Brittany Bowers, Partner Marketing Manager

  • Addis Casco, Manager, Partner Marketing

  • Kim Hill, VP, Channel Sales

  • Rebecca Jeffery, Marketing Program Manager

  • Jennifer Kuipers, RVP, Channel Sales

  • Melissa Licastro, Channel Development Director

  • Riley Moyes, Partner Marketing Manager

  • Karen Siddiqi, Senior Director of Partner Success

  • Stacey Tillman, Channel Development Director

  • Allie White, Channel Sales Director

“It’s an honor to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of these women, who are leaders and change-makers in the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each woman spotlighted on this list has shown exceptional dedication to building creative strategies that propel transformation, growth, and success for their organizations and the entire IT channel. We are pleased to spotlight their important contributions and look forward to their future success.”

Every day, I get to work alongside people who challenge the status quo and bring fresh energy and ideas to the table. Watching these women lead with empathy, intelligence, and strategic focus is inspiring. They are the kind of people who don’t just show up—they show up for their teams, our partners, and our shared goals.

To the women of Five9 who earned this recognition: thank you. You elevate all of us, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.
